Birkel Electric is a fully licensed, bonded and insured company located in Chesterfield, Mo. Birkel is a member of the Association of General Contractors of St. Louis and Independent Electrical Contractors of Greater St. Louis. It has an experienced team of professional and electrical engineers and certified journeyman electricians. Its in-house capability also includes design and build and value engineering services. It offers services, including remote systems, power conditioning, cable systems, fire systems, building systems, outdoor lighting, telecommunications, indoor lighting, backup generator, underground installations, switchgear and automatic transfer switch. Birkel Electric has worked on various projects, such as industrial machine shop, complete electrical set up including lighting, lineup of 1,500-kilowatt diesel generators, distribution voltage switchgear with branch circuit raceways and complete build-out of long haul fiber switching facility.
