Hired safie to fix a foundation at my house. Quote was for 20k. Decides to tell me he won�t finish job until he gets 15k cause he only has another couple days left. Turns out what he ended up doing was creating more damage. Over 35k to fix. City is involved now and class action suit is being organized. Our ininital deposit payment was late, but that does not excuse the kind of workmanship he did and how much damage was caused. Couple days after he signed agreement to finish , he goes to city and cancels permits. Knowing full well his work would never pass inspections. I would not recommend anyone to use him.
