You are correct the vehicle was checked in on Wednesday. I'd like to say that initially we were unable to duplicate the concern of the vehicle, so we were unable to offer a repair. After checking the vehicle several times throughout the day and the next day, we were able to verify the concern. Once we did, we experienced communication issues with the vehicles computer. Further inspection found the brake switch for the vehicle was intermittently failing causing the communication and brake light concern. This was Thursday evening. The part was not available and needed to be ordered for the next day; Friday. Your son was leaving for a concert on Saturday but ended up leaving early for the event so he was not able to pick the vehicle up until the following Monday. Indeed your son did call and leave a credit card number for payment and asked for us to leave his vehicle outside so that he could pick it up Monday morning before we opened. This did not happen, I made that mistake and apologized to your son for it. As a good gesture, we did offer and apply a credit back on the credit card for our mistake; which was negotiated with your son.
