At Total Health Systems of Clinton Township, Chesterfield, Washington, St. Clair Shores, and Center Line we are “a multi-disciplinary practice that provides both traditional medical and holistic therapies with a two-pronged ‘corrective’ and ‘wellness’ approach.” By focusing on correcting joint dysfunction and nervous system coordination with our chiropractic approach, and correcting muscle imbalance with our physical therapy services, we are able to transition our patients from a passive to active care model. By breaking down muscle using soft tissue techniques including massage, stretching, and joint mobilization, followed by a corrective exercise program, we are able to achieve our mission of long term health and wellness.

Great Physical Therapy!

This review is in appreciation for the great work that has been done for me in the past couple weeks by a great therapist by the name of Nirarzi. her sweet nature and gentle handwork is phenomenal! she gives great massages! I would recommend her to everyone! I have been to other therapists and there is no comparison. I hope she has her hands insured like great organists do! Gentle people have big hearts. I thank Dr. Huminski for his recommendation and I am very grateful!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Total Health Systems, in Clinton Township Michigan, for an existing health problem.



Apart from my satisfaction regarding my excellent treatment, I must remark on the good vibes of the entire experience.



From the moment I entered the facility I was met with a most cordial welcome. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and neatly attired which gave me a good feeling from the start. I noticed the decor was of a modern style. After a short wait I was taken to see the doctor and there is where everything got better. She was very open and friendly and told me everything she would do and why and answered all of my questions ,in words I could easily understand.



I am happy for the experience and would recommend any of my friends or family who had need of the services offered at Total Health Systems.
