I highly recommend TLC Heating & Cooling! Dave Thomas is the most honest service person I have ever had in my home. I had a competitor, in business since 1959, shut down my furnace because I had a cracked heat exchanger. Being so stressed out, I mentioned that to a coworker. She said "you have to call Dave to come out and get a 2nd opinion." He came out & did an inspection, my furnace didn't have a cracked heat exchanger. Dave took the time to show me what the other company didn't and conducted a 2nd CO test in front of me to validate there was never a threat to my families health. He could have told me my furnace was bad to possibly get a new furnace installation, and didn't. The worst part was my family went 24 hours without heat, with the outside temperatures in the low teens, because I didn't have money for a new furnace.
