I've been taking Buddy, my cairn terrier to this shop for about a year, I'm very happy with his appearance after his visit. I know he his a difficult little brat and I appreciate that they are able to handle him. I think his dislike of going to the "beauty shop" stems from the first place I took him, it was sort of a production line place, get them in and get them out and he did not like the groomer assigned to him.
