Management can be condescending when you come to them with your concerns about an issue. Equipment failures are common. Yesterday 12/18/18 I was stuck for more than an hour due to equip fail. I went to them twice, then they offered me a free $15 wash, instead I was given only a $6 wash which was less than I have already prepaid for! I complained again only to be insulted.

This car wash sucks- I will never be back. Waiting for the gates after paying is a joke. Car wash is crappie. So long!

Jons is a Good car wash, unfortunely they don't hire good employees, they take no time pre-washing the car before sending my cars through the bay , just a quick spray and off you go. They need to start taking some time and getting key parts of the cars like grills ,bumpers ,rims and wheel wells . Get back to the Basics ,and please stop charging for bug remover especially with all the fish fly's,the car dosent even get clean without it!!! Around the corner at Captains Car Wash they provide free bug remover with every wash and have a $3.50 Special every day.

I enjoy this car wash, and it always gets all my vehicles clean. However, recently it it looks like they've hired some young kids to work at the Chesterfield location and those kids don't seem to care about getting cars power washed well before sending them through the tunnel. Last Saturday I took both my vehicles through the tunnel wash and they didn't even wash inside the wheel well. They spent 5 seconds squirting down the vehicles and sent it through. I was not very happy.

I’ve been bringing my cars there for years. From the time they role off the lot to the time I upgrade. The grounds are always clean and neat, the staff is friendly and always helpful, and the carwash it self is exquisite. All three locations serve me well and I will not go anywhere else!
