Overall a good experience with submitting my boat for work. I needed a new trim and lift installed along with a few small minor upgrades. They had my boat for well over 2 weeks and never touched it. After the 2nd week I called every two days for a status up date and kept getting the run around. On the 3rd week I went and picked my boat. It was sitting in the yard behind a few other boats still wasn't even look at. I recommend if your looking for your boat to be repaired in a timely manner to try another location. They also give you a boat number that lets you know your position in line. Looking at the numbers in the yard on other boats awaiting repair and what was in the shop. It looks like I was skipped for what ever reason. I provided all the parts and they never touched my boat except to move it around the yard. There are many boat service and repair shops out there, read the reviews and find the shop that will take care of you.

Rebuilt prop is good as new for half the price. Good people at Sanderson....
