Have been a customer in the past but NEVER AGAIN. Got an oil change on April 11th and then while driving home from NJ the following Saturday I hear a loud thunk and black smoke came billowing out of the back of my car. I thought I had run over something and had a full blown panic attack. Had to leave my car in Baltimore for repairs and rent a car for a whole week until I could manage to get up there again. Found out Monday the loud thunk I heard was my drain cap (which had not been correctly reattached after my last oil change) had fallen off. Because of their negligence I'm out over 500$. Not only did all this happen, the manager I called, not to discuss the issue (I was going to bring in my repair paperwork the next day and wanted to make sure a manager would be there for me to speak to), was incredibly rude and pretended there was no way that it could have been there fault. TL;DR AVOID AT ALL COSTS, terrible service and the worse customer service.
