VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took other customer first (neither of us had an appt.) even though I had been waiting. 40 minutes of "soaking" later - still had not started, even though I told them I had to leave by a certain time to get my son. I asked who the owner was and they said "I don't know" - I tried to call later - I was hung up on. I filed a BBB complaint. DON'T GO THERE. There are so many options - why take the chance!?

Lousy personal service. Very rude. Good tech leave quickly.Do not open on time and make you wait even with appointment. Most employee seem inexperience and unfriendly. Dishonest. Do not recommend

I have been going to Villa Nails since they opened and have always left there pleased. Tom & Jenny are wonderful - the staff is very professional and they do a great job with both my nails and my pedicures.
