These people are crazy. My husband took a payment up there last week. The amount he paid was $5 less than he thought the payment was. They are freaking losing their minds over $5. They cashed my check that was only $5 less than what the payment was supposed to be which was an oversight on our part. Now they say we owe them $12.50 for late fees. We almost have this loan paid off. I assure we will never ever borrow money from them again. They have called my number 4 times since yesterday over $5. Do not borrow money from this place. I offered to pay it over the phone but they are so outdated when it comes to technology they can't do payments over the phone. What a joke! I bet if he had paid $5 more it wouldn't have helped the high interest they are charging. Jerks! So I took their late fee payment by when I got off work. The jerk refused to mail me a receipt and told me I would have to wait for him to give me one. I handed him the check and told him I would use that as my receipt and walked out calling him an asshole in the process. He calls my husband to tattletale on me that I called him an hole. Waah! Get over it! You got your late fees on your $5. Enjoy it! There's a whole lot more reputable and understanding finance companies in Spartanburg county. One being Regional Finance of Spartanburg. I've been late with my whole payment for double the payment he owes them and have never been treated like that. And it was only $5. I could understand if he hadn't made the payment at all. DO NOT BORROW MONEY FROM THESE MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE
