I was very impressed with our recent service visit. I called this morning and they gave me an appointment for today. The nice lady in the office called when he was headed to my house. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and even went to pick up our part and put it in on the same day. We are now warm and toasty again. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We called Weather Makers recently when our heat went out. The technician was very nice, did trouble shooting with the Manufacturer of the system. Charged a standard $79 service call fee. The unit is only about 2 or 3 years old. The Manufacturer provided the part needed at no cost. The technician came back once the part came in. He spent 95 minutes doing the repair and we were charged over $530 which is over $300 an hour. I wish I could make that hourly wage.
i.e., am sitting here, as I write this without heat in my home. Last March, I called Weathermakers to install a NEW heat system. They showed up immeadiately when I was about to spend several thousand dollars. Now I'm having a problem, and called them yesterday. They said that they would be at my home between 2 and 5p. At 4:45pm yesterday when I called, they had magically" happend to skip over my problem and would get somone to my home to help. At 6:15 pm, I contact the emergency service. When a tech finally called me back, he stated that he couldn't make it that evening and as long as the unit was frozen, he couldn't work on it anyway. When I called them back this morning, there was no remorse, no explaination as to why it happened or when someone would be by to rectify the problem. I was told someone may be able to come by later today. I am still sitting in the cold only months after I spent thousands of dollars with this company. Apparenlty they do not stand behind the warranties. A local favorite, or highly recommended because
