Caught the 2013 review by chance. Customer did not notify office of concerns and reported no more noise from attic. Townhouses are attached and unless we have all units' cooperation, we can only deal with the one unit. I don't know what he means by abatement, but we do exclusion repairs and sanitize any "soiled" areas. Follow-up calls to this client to resolve last year's issues have gone unanswered.

I've been using Ewell for over 30 years including my former residence, current residence and a rental house next door. I've had nothing but excellent service. After a few years I did have and infestation in my garage. The owner came out and personally inspected the problem. He identified where the termites were coming in and then he drilled and treated my whole garage to make sure the critters were eliminated.

Critters in our attic. $200 cost up front. They do not do abatement. He put sardines in a trap & left it for about a week. Caught nothing. Then put Peanut Butter in the trap & left it for about a week. Caught nothing. He did not seem to know what to do next. Did not resolve the problem. Cannot recommend.

His price the best one. The tecnician explained exactly how the treatment would be done, answered all my questions, and was very professonal.
