The Children's Crisis Center of Hampton Roads provides supportive housing, emergency shelter, crisis assistance and supportive services for underprivileged and at-risk families with mental and behavioral health disabilities. Our adult program provides psychoeducational support services, job assistance, budgeting classes, parenting classes, anger management, emergency crisis assistance, housing assistance and free support for healthy parenting. Our children's program identifies the special needs of youth who suffer from emotional, behavioral or cognitive deficits and meets these needs through targeted approaches and case management. This program provides linkages to specialized medical care, social skills building, behavioral management skills, and aids the child in reducing at risk behaviors through eliminating truancy, delinquency, and both behavioral and emotional deficits.
