Its professional affiliations include American Academy of Cosmectic Dentistry, Academy of Osseointegration, American Society of Master Dental Technicians, Certified Dental Laboratory, Clinical Research and Association Evaluator Laboratory, Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study, and the Institute for Advanced Education for Dentists and Technicians. The company provides suggestions for preliminary mouth preparations to improve esthetics, the choice of materials, case design, and diagnostic wax-ups to facilitate fabrication of provisional restorations. The services offered include pretreatment planning, dental photography, and computer imaging. Bay View offers a specialized computer imaging service and suggestions on sequencing, equilibration, and estimates. Bay View Dental Laboratory is headquartered in Chesapeake, Va.
