The manager on duty 7/05/09 should be FIRED.He was rude and called 5 of us liars.He said he choose to take the word of his driver over us when the driver was 100% wrong.A neighbor even overheard the driver so that is one more person to prove he is wrong.The manager told me that him making pizza was more important than customer service.When I asked for the home office # he told me he was done dealing with me and hung up on me.I called prince frederick and spoke to the manager who was very polite and gave me the #.I am a rest mgr and I never went through anything like this.I asked the manager at prince frederick when it comes to customer service or making pizza's what is moe important and of course he had the right answer.We use Domino's at least once a week and we will now never use them.I will inform everyone I know what great customer service you recieve at this Domino's.You are called liars when your DRIVER is the liar and we have 5 people to prove it..This is not going to end here.
