FOR THE MOST PART EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION IS NICE AND FRIENDLY. SERVICE COULD BE BETTER IF
THE GRILL AREA WAS MORE EFFICENT. A LOT OF TIMES THEIR IS ONLY ONE SIDE
OPEN IN THE GRILL AREA.

Disappointed,If there wasn't so many flies it would be so much better but they say that they can't fix it!!!
Calling a representative and complaining and my friend agrees with me,Flies on your food is awful..

Really?? Does adults work anymore..this has got to b the worst mcdonalds.PLEASE someone above the age of 15 take over this place..and make sure they know what personality is...this place is horrible...

This is the last time I go to McDonalds in Cherryville, NC without getting out of my car and goin inside where I have a table to go through what I have ordered. I got home, took my insulin that I calculated prior to going and when I open the bag, I took too much insulin. How hard is it to put two pieces of meat on one bun???? I always order a double hamburger "ketchup only" for my granddaughter. It always comes out with everything. I order a double quarter pounder and either get no meat or only one piece of meat. Tonight was no exception. I ordered two double quarter pounders and got one piece of meat on each one. It wouldn't be so bad if it happened once maybe even twice, but all the time is ridiculous. Managers should manage, not work the counter. They should hire more adults instead of cheap labor teen agers. **COME ON** IT'S ALL PUSH BUTTON, HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO GET THIS RIGHT?

I hope you read this McDonald's. The last two Egg McMuffins I have had, Friday and Monday have had egg shell in the egg. If you have someone new working in the back for breakfast, teach them how to crack an egg.

They are the worst McDonalds ever.They mess your order up and use to much Ketchup on sandwiches.They also say they are closed when they are open.Its just horrible there.

Worst McDonald's I have ever ate at! Been patronizing it for over a year now and it has gotten worst over a year's time! The food is never hot.....half done....your order is never right....the employees are always standing around talking even when they have customers waiting in line to order..they are not in any hurry..my husband has asked them numerous times to wait on them....Biscuits for breakfast are never hot..I actually had a biscuit that was a day old....believe me..I have made enough biscuits in my time that I know & can look at them & taste them to know they are not fresh...the gravy biscuits just barely have any gravy for the top of a half! And..last but not least..the customer service is terrible!! Someone need to go in there & turn this McDonald's around! It's the worst I have ever ate at! The only thing good about it is their coffee!! That's ALL...

This McDonald's has the worst service. If you want to see textbook POOR service, complete with attitudes, this is the place to go. Even the managers have bad attitudes and are unprofessional. When we had a question about our order recently, the manager proceeded to get smart with the cashier about us and then had the nerve to send a teenage employee over to our table to apologize to us! This place needs to be shut down!

I have had so many bad experiences here! I can. Never get any service the food is always bad. And after letting management know of some horrible food I had he laughed at me and hung up the phone. I would never recommend this McDonald's to anyone
