Do you ever answer a phone? What does Priority really mean when I mail something Priority mail since it doesn't seem to affect how fast it gets there... Phone service would really be a big help; your website can't help me with this issue but someone at the local post office probably could.

Very Unfriendly Service

I am a very patient and easy going person so it takes a lot for me to get annoyed enough to write a negative review, but I have had a bad experiences at this post office pretty much every time I go and always leave in a bad mood. I only go because I live nearby, but from now on I am going to go out of my way. The people are rude and unhelpful. I ordered a PO box and paid online which they had no record of, and then gave me the wrong one when I arrived. They then left me a voice mail to come back and exchange which I refused since I had already ordered all of my buisness labels. The last time I went in I was carrying heavy books and had prepaid lables to put on the envelopes I purchased there. The guy refused to tape the labels on the two envelopes for me which would have take him seconds. Instead he handed me his tape and made me do it myself and get back in line. This was after he had to stamp 20 packages from the person in front of me which I waited about 10 minutes for. Moorestown is a much friendlier and helpful post office. I've never had a bad experience there and they are so nice.
