Please note that I experienced this place in a year ago and am finally ready to tell my story. Having a pre-employment physical here was one of the most bizarre experiences of my life, and I would strongly warn against allowing these people to waste your time. After having the physical done, they printed out a copy of the form and gave it to me. Later, I realized that they had copied it so the information on the top lines of the form was cut off, and other lines had not been filled out at all, so I had to return. Since they do not keep any papers on file and the scanned copy they had in their computer system was the same, I had to start over with a new form. They insisted on re doing the physical! The doctor was not the same and the second doctor decided I had a heart murmur, which no one before or since has "detected", including the doctor who did the physcal the first time. He actually claimed that he was "lying" for me by not putting it down on the form. I let them re do the physical, but had to return to them to have the form signed after getting a chest x-ray done elsewhere (they don't do them there). For some reason, no one had mentioned to me that the doctor who did the physical doesn't normally work in that office, but in another office at a distance from there, so could not sign off on the form. Guess what, they wanted to re do the physical!!! By this time I was so angry, my blood pressure was elevated when they took it (never high ordinarily) and they had to let me rest and calm down in order to take it again. In all, I had the physcial done 3 times. A complete and outrageous waste of my time, I would NEVER go there again for and reason and recommend that you do not bother with them.

I'm from Georgia and not knowing where to go started I contacted my insurance company who provided me with the address to Premier Urgent Care. I am very thankful that they sent me to the office in Cherry Hill. I wanted to let your facility know that the nurse on duty that night was C. Teamen. I must praise this young lady. Her "bed side" manners were excellent and made me feel more comfortable being at your facility. I want you to know that she is an outstanding nurse and I appreciate everything that she done to make me comfortable during my short stay. AGAIN, a job well done and thanks.
