- Room Additions“I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Jack Gohde over the past two and a half years in his capacity as the Board’s construction manager during the major additions and renovations of two of our school buildings. The construction schedule and sites for these projects were both challenging. To be sure construction is never a pleasant process, but Mr. Gohde has shown the professionalism and skills necessary to achieve the desired result of a new or renovated facility. His knowledge of the means and methods of construction and contracts, along with his constant communication and willingness to address questions and concerns day or night is what got our project done, From day one he was sure to have positive and pleasant interactions with all of our staff which helped to appease some of the angst felt during construction in occupied school buildings. Mr. Gohde’s breadth and depth of experience in school construction would be an asset to any organization. While many may have the technical skills needed to complete a construction project, it was Jack’s problem solving skills that made him stand out.”
