Love these guys at Hi-Fi Sales. I was a little intimidated walking into the store and not knowing exactly what I needed, as I'm usually a bargain hunter and know exactly what I need, but my boyfriend wanted a media room with bells and whistles and 7 something surround sound that he could control with his phone. Dave and his guys were amazing. They helped us put into words (and action!) what it was that we were looking for. They worked within our budget and complete the update on time. I'm not really a audio nerd, but I do know that when my friends walk in and I touch my iPad and a screen and a projector come down outta the ceiling, they are very impressed.



Would I do it again? Oh yeah!!!! It's one of the best things about owning a home. Money well spent!

I worked with Pat Matucci on the design and selection of my new TV, Sound equipment & installation of the products. He and the crew from Hi-Fi Sales did a beautiful job with the installation and everything looks great and works great. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Purchased product (Epson 3D projector, surround sound speakers) in April 2013 and was told it would be delivered to my home in a week to 2 weeks. Three weeks later I called the store to see what happened with the delivery and was told that two of the floor standing speakers were on back order and wouldn't arrive for another 2 weeks. I asked why no one had bothered to call...they apologized and assured me the speakers would arrive in two weeks. It is now June 2 months later...I have NEVER received a courtesy call and have not received my merchandise. I called today to ask for a full refund and was told someone would have to call me back. Don't let the showroom fool you...it is beautiful but the service is abysmal.
