This is the worlds BEST gym. The owners are very personable and take their time to find out about what you want/need. This is the most individual workout you can get while still working out with friends. I used to just force myself to workout, now I want to work out and some days can't wait to get there because it is like another family. I would recommend this gym to anyone at any fitness level!!!

Working out with Dave & Brian at Evolution Fitness is great! They are always trying the latest & greatest of fitness techniques to sculpt our bodies - changing our exercises to confuse our muscles. I have been working out at gyms for YEARS and haven?t seen the results that I have seen in the short period of time I have been working with Team Evolution! At my age, I didn?t think it was possible! My husband has even noticed! The tone & definition is a real ?plus? along with the strength and over all mental health that comes from training your body. Brian & Dave are always telling us ?Change is Now? and they are right. Team Evolution is like one big family, everyone helps each other out and cheers for one another as we finish. At the end of our workout, there is always the delicious ?recovery shakes? to look forward to. They have quite an assortment of flavors and ?add-ins? to tailor to your specific needs. Their group classes are challenging, yet always fun, and the camaraderie amongst members really makes it feel like a team effort. The instructors make it a point to give individualized attention to everyone to insure proper form. You will never be made to stumble through a group class wondering if you are doing it correctly. I should also mention that the owners/trainers, Brian and David, are two of the nicest guys around. They are always passionate about fitness, and they always manage to inspire me to work harder.

The best training facility and trainers in South Jersey...bar none. Their enthusiasm is infectious and their results show it. I took Lipitor for 10+ years until I met these folks. I went off of Lipitor 2 weeks ago. These people will change your life.
