Dr. Ahmed Shehata is the rudest, most disrespectful ignoramus I have ever met in the healthcare profession and during any interaction with a provider. His is an assembly line mentality i.e. let's crank the patients out rapidly and make that insurance money; that office at 188 Fries Mill Rd., Turnersville, NJ possessed no humanity whatsoever. His bedside manner is acutely harsh and I was rushed by both his medical assistant and him. After one and a half hours of waiting when I finally met Dr. Shehata he was completely disinterested in and devaluing of an immediate concern I had. He disregarded me, spoke to me in an abrasive, hostile, and aggressive manner and I was stunned. I walked out.

This is the worst doctor experience I've ever had. First visit, I waited 1 1/2 to see the doctor. He was rushed when he finally ventured into the room. Communication from/with the office since has been horrible. A nurse called to discuss my lab results and didn't even have my chart in front of her to answer questions. The doctor finally called himself about 10 days later! I had to reschedule a procedure. I was told someone would call to make that appointment and have yet to hear from them. And yet I got the paperwork for the prep for the procedure. I do not recommend this office at all.

Very professional and responsible doctors. But I have been trying to get an appointment since November 2011 and no response. I made two phone calls and left messages and sent two fax transmissions, no response either. I know the doctors do not know what is happening.
