I went into Delcrest Medical completely frazzled with questions about medical equipment for my mother. Their customer service made me feel like I really mattered! All of my questions were answered and i was given suggestions also! They were all so helpful. Thank you so very very much for making a difficult situation easier to manage.

customer service very rude, manager unavailable for assistance, they claim an order was delivered but you don't get anything from them, go somewhere else for your medical supplies.

bad experience overall, they yell at you on the phone if you have a problem with orders, don't even try to fix the problem, we won't deal with this company again, waste of time and money. higher prices than other med supply places.

Needed to rent a wheelchair and they said that they close at 6:00 it was 5:53 when I was close by so I had th fill out the paperwork and gave them my cc number they charged the card and when I showed up at exactly 6:01 the guy said that he was closed. Wow. Great customer service you decide if you want to deal with people like that.
