3 of all day staff that's been there for years are very unprofessional and very aggressive towards the residence that lives there.these staffs are very abusive to these clients.they also get away with using verbal and physical abuse.some of these clients are very afraid of them.im willing to report on this situations,to protect the clients who are residing in this facility.
