I have called in several orders to be picked up and I occasionally get the response "We're pretty busy right now". My question is would it be better if I come in and place my large order or should I take my business across the street and support a locally owned coffee shop? Also, sandwiches are cold in the middle 50% of the time.

I have never had one drink that I enjoyed at this Starbucks: lattes and mochas are watered down, shakes are inconsistent and tasteless. The safest thing to order in this place is teas... well, you don't have to be a Starbucks barista to be able to do that... even a baboon could accomplish putting a teabag into a cup. The only thing the baristas are good at in this Starbucks is giggling, discussing customers, and laughing to their faces (after they leave or discreetly behind the bar). I'd like to hope that this place has a manager... a good one, the who isn't a high-school equivalent just like the rest of the team. Even if it has, it is not obvious. It doesn't seem like it is run by a professional; if it is, then he/she is uninterested in providing customers with QUALITY service and drinks and unable to hire people that have good work and customer service ethic (let alone talent and passion in making drinks). Overall, neither drinks nor service is worth what you pay for.

This starbucks is absolutely terrible. The customer service is subpar, and the drinks are always terrible compared to other starbucks I've been to. This is especially true when the manager is present. It's almost as if they water down the coffee, fraps etc in order to try and save money. Highly suggest going elsewhere for morning coffee.
