General Info

I help individuals who have suffered a traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputee injury or other serious injury from a car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle or pedestrian accident. I also help families with wrongful death claims as a result of a motor vehicle accident. These cases involve the Michigan No-Fault Insurance Act, which is a very specialized part of the law. I am dedicated to protecting the rights of my clients against the vast resources of insurance companies. An insurance policy is a promise, not merely a piece of paper. I do not represent insurance companies, nor have I ever represented insurance companies.
