It's really sad the level of service they provided. I went with a local company hoping for more. They don't stand behind their work and are quick to point the finger. As a local business owner, I'm really disappointed. The installation and follow up quickly stopped once the job was complete, essentially they get paid and stop caring. The job was done poorly and I asked them to fix the problems they caused and after three independent parties verified the work was done poorly, Merkel refused to remedy the situation. I hope this review impacts others and they choose elsewhere, because I would hope that no one else would have to experience what I did with Merkel.

Great service, really nice products. Karastan and Harden are most prominent in the store, but other relly interesting things as well. Nice people too.
