Reality based Self Defense classes using Commando Krav Maga tactical techniques and traditional Tae Kwon Do, located in Chelsea, MI. CKM students learn the techniques needed to survive violent or aggressive encounters. The primary goal is survival. Ages 14 and up. Traditional tae kwon do classes offered to all ages. Young Warriors is an introductory TKD class for children ages 4-7.Also offered:SWAT Fit (bootcamp style conditioning for 16 & over)Warrior Fit (martial arts conditioning for all ages)Fight Like a Girl (Self Defense for women only)College Prep: Self Defense 101 (for college students)
