Founded in 2006, the Phoenix Charter Academy is a public school that offers classes in math, humanities, science, English, Spanish, visual arts and health education. It provides various support services and maintains a child care center for infants and toddlers. The academy has a staff of an operations manager, receptionist, coordinator, development associate, administrator and social worker. The Phoenix Charter Academy provides one-on-one instructions and several outreach services. It offers educational services to more than 120 students. The academy also provides internal assessments, such as quizzes, tests, projects, portfolios and oral presentations. The Phoenix Charter Academy is located in Chelsea, Mass.
