- Criminal DefenseDefending a client charged with a crime is the most important and sometimes difficult role for a lawyer in our adversary Court system. Criminal Defense Lawyer Michael Bowser is a systematic and thorough trial attorney, but his approach to defending the accused is quite simple: PROTECT THE CLIENT. That protection takes the form of zealous advocacy in each and every case. Zealous advocacy requires a superior knowledge of MA, NH, and ME criminal defense law and legal procedures, but it also requires a criminal defense lawyer who is creative and confident enough to challenge the government at every turn, especially in a courtroom. The defense never rests.

- Assault"I have had the misfortune of having to hire an attorney twice in the last three years on two separate charges, and both times due to the incredible work of Michael Bowser I got the justice that I deserved. One case being an OUI where the case was dismissed and the most recent an assault and battery charge, in which case I was facing a felony conviction that would have ruined my career and life. Throughout an agonizing 21 month process of numerous continuations and court appearances, we finally went to trial, a two day affair that ultimately led to a not guilty verdict and the biggest burden of my life lifted from my shoulders. Michaels preparation, dedication, tenacity and professionalism were all evident throughout the entire ordeal, and without his expertise I am convinced I would have been found guilty of the charges. The witnesses against me were not truthful in their testimony and through Michael's artful questioning and skill in the courtroom he was able to expose them for what they were, and that eventually led to the not guilty verdict. I highly recommend Attorney Bowser to anyone in need of a lawyer who cares about his clients, who shows respect for his clients, and has a knowledge in the courtroom that is unsurpassed."

- Personal InjuryAttorney Bowser helped my family resolve a personal injury claim for my cousin after he died of an unrelated illness. He arranged for another lawyer to handle probate for us and paid for it out of his fee. He also negotiated a settlement in the case with the VA that ensured my cousin's daughter received a settlement. All this was without cost to the family and he did so at a reduced fee as part of the agreement with the VA so that they would reduce their claim on the estate. He is very compassionate and patiently guided me through not only the settlement, but also the arrangements with Attorney Sean Keough in Rhode Island who expertly handled the probate matter. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone as someone who will find a way to look out for your interests to the bitter end. Our family is very grateful.
