They were able to squeeze my dog in on short notice. My dog has a very heavy undercoat and they got every messy hair taken care of. I feel their prices are quite reasonable also. I love the way the treated him as if he were their own personal dog, so kind and gentle when he was scared to death. I won't take my dog anywhere else!
