When in their ordered a home with 20,000 down, made changes to it as the process went, but the service was horrible I never got one return phone call it was always me calling them, no matter how many times I ask for estimated closing statement with all my upgrades and cost of the home and never got one. When it came time for the home to close the price of the home was less than my loan amount, so I was told instead of rewriting the loan I would just receive the extra cash back. Well almost a year later no answered phone calls and about five grand that I guess they just kept.
