If you don't wanna believe the reviews then just go there for yourself and see. 1 star is way too gracious.

Wow, I decided to try this place out in spite of all the bad reviews In hopes of finding some parts for REF hundred club. When I mentioned that the parts not might not be for us but to barter and trade with all the prices went up !!! Are you kidding me !? And the price quoted was far more then new replacement cost this place is a joke ! Don't waste your time like I did believe the other reviews

I was looking for tires, I got a fair deal. The workers were busy but orderly and not rude. The parts I was looking for were there and I enjoyed the hunt to find what I was looking for. The only good thing about bad reviews on this place is it will mean less complainers will be there. Busy place with good selection. Its a auto salvage place. Keep up with the good service. I will not go anywhere else.

These guys have a lot of parts in the yard and that's the only reason I go there. As for there attitude, what would you expect from a bunch of uneducated grease monkeys. Water seeks its own level.

Pretty bad. Guys are rude and not very helpful. Worse salvage yard I have ever been to. They must be making money though to keep going. I have never heard anyone have a good thing to say about their treatment of their customers. It's really too bad because the place looks like they have a lot of parts.

These people are really unprofessional. They were very rude on the phone and the little boy who answered the phone(some Guy) was a complete jrkoff. I asked for a price on a rear tail light lense for a PT Cruiser. I was quoted $35.00. I told him that I could get both sides (driver and passenger) new for close to that price. Instead of negotiating a price he laughs at me and says, I quote "no you can't" then hangs up on me. I have also spoke with people who used to work for them and they treat their employees the same way. If I could I would give a negative rating. One star is still to high. I have had bad customer service before but these worthless indaviduales were buy far the worst. If you like to be treated like junk then call them.

I recomend either you research for new or call Pick-A-Part of anywere else for that matter, way better customer service. Why would you pay going rate or more for used parts that you don't even know work. What you going to take there word for it. LOL!!!!

made a call to them and the guy was quite rude, he was going to sell me bad parts as is no warranty, not 30 days, not 30 seconds
