Thank you so much!

Unbelievable! They took such good care of my little guy. I was so scared when I found him in the horse pen. He looked crumpled up and couldn't move. The doctors there were compassionate and explained what needed to have done and how much it would cost. I'm going to going to them from now on!

Amazing and Compassionate

I cannot say enough about this clinic and the staff. They really care. Are open 7 days a week and have been very compassionate with our dogs when needed. I highly recommend them to some who need a good Vet and a compassionate bedside manner. Thanks Jackson Hwy Vet Clinic. I don't know what we would do without you.

Money is so important now a days...It seems to show with businesses who are cold, non caring, and when you walk out you don't know what happened! Not at Jackson Hwy vet Clinic. They care and explain everything first before anything is done. The doctors even work hard to explain what is going on with your pet. Just walking thru the lobby, you feel calm, your pet feels calm and the staff are smiling and make sure you have been helped!

"Grieving for Hazzard" :

October 29, 2012 - While in the midst of actively grieving the loss of my puppy "Hazzard", I would like to offer the following to consumers: ASK MORE QUESTIONS and KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN a CLINIC and a VETERINARY HOSPITAL. My puppy is dead because I failed to advocate for him. While suffering from a suspected gastrointestinal blockage, we were offered to keep the pup overnight for "OBSERVATION." The doctor revealed that Hazzard was left alone at 9:30 PM Friday evening and discovered dead at 7:30AM Saturday morning. There was no courtesy call to inform us of his progress, or that he would be left unattended the remainder of the night. I am now filled with the torment of knowing he died ALONE and UNATTENDED for TEN plus hours while I was under the impression he was being actively "OBSERVED." DVM's and assistants: I plead with you to inform your patients' owners of what "OVERNIGHT OBSERVATION" really means. Informed consent could make the difference between unimaginable grief and a nice 'thank you' card and 5-star review for your business. Word-of-mouth runs strong in this rural area . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Linda M. Lucey

Correction to "Grieving for Hazzard" :

I mis-documented something in my previous post, "Grieving for Hazzard." He was left for "observation" Friday evening - (with no courtesy call informing us of his progress, or that he would be left alone the remainder of the night,) and discovered deceased early Saturday morning after being left unattended for approximately 10 hours. My apologies - the past few days have been somewhat of a fog....................... Linda M. Lucey

Sun morning care

Thank God they were open on a Sunday morning! My old buddy fell down and was limping badly. They helped me get him out of the car and took us straight in. Dr Dale, the surgeon, was playful and very gentle with him and did a thorough exam. Surgery was ruled out, dog is too old and is too expensive, so we're doing pain management. I would recommend!

Great experience

With the times being so tough it can be hard to want to spend your money on anything. But when you have to, Customer service and price is very important. I felt that my dogs were helped with such joy and tenderness and I was taken great care of with Dr. Marker. The prices unfortunaty were like the rest of the county but you get so much more out of the clinic then what they charge. and they try hard to help you, not charge you for each and every little thing.I will always go there as well as my family and friends. These are great people.

Excellent!

I just started coming here a few months back upon the recommendation of a fellow friend. I had been taking my cat to Banfield even though I live in Mossyrock and I was just fed up with their McDonald style care. Always in and out, with more than you need. While they start out affordable at least that is what you are told, at the end you have paid for more than you need and your pet is pissed off.Right off the bat myself and my dog absolutely loved this place!! The staff is super loving and I want to be there because the atmosphere is light and happy. I had lots of questions and the Doc didn't blow smoke up my butt and try and give me a whole bunch of vaccines and meds that I didn’t come in to see the doc for. AND I think it is so much more affordable than Banfield’s run of the mill crew!! My cat didn’t leave the clinic shaking in fright, and he even let everybody pet him!!! He NEVER does that!! He had his nails trimmed very gently and quickly, he got on some flea control applie

Finally a vet clinic you can trust!

My cats always see Dr. Marker and Dr. Burns, and they are outstanding veterinarians. I am also very pleased with work of the office manager and receptionists, who have worked with me to get an anxious cat seen. I feel lucky that a friend advised me to begin taking the cats there. The facility itself is spacious, clean and doesn't smell like a medicine cabnet. I've never been at a time the staff as a whole was not friendly, helpful and kind. These are terrific people doing a tough job and I'm very pleased with the services our cats have received.
