I have been using Queen City Vac for many years (Over 20!) and have all my Kirby's repaired there that I use to clean our restaurant and always more than pleased with the repairs. Going in next week with another repair! Greg (G.D.I. Countryside Inn Alden, New York)

I had a great buying experience at this store. I have bought many vacuums having 3 large dogs. It seemed like I could not find the one to get the job done until I found this place. I was so impressed by the knowledge of the staff. They were concerned with what my needs were first. Long story short I got the right machine as a result and it was a great buying experience.
