5The new owners are just as professional as our long time vacuum man.
Our RICCAR moonlight is two plus yrs old and runs like it is brand new...
NO MORE trip after trip to the box store , this machine is super & my wife loves it .
Bags which we get from QUEEN CITY are priced right and long lasting.
The new guys own several VAC stores and when it is time for a tune - up ,
they are the ones to do it .....
I have been using Queen City Vac for many years (Over 20!) and have all my Kirby's repaired there that I use to clean our restaurant and always more than pleased with the repairs. Going in next week with another repair! Greg (G.D.I. Countryside Inn Alden, New York)

I had a great buying experience at this store. I have bought many vacuums having 3 large dogs. It seemed like I could not find the one to get the job done until I found this place. I was so impressed by the knowledge of the staff. They were concerned with what my needs were first. Long story short I got the right machine as a result and it was a great buying experience.
