The entire staff in this office is completely incompetent. I called ahead of time to get directions as I am not familiar with the area; I was abruptly put on hold for twelve minutes. After twelve minutes of holding, I was rerouted to an answering machine to which my call was never returned. I arrived ten minutes late due to not being able to find a clinic. The rude receptionist told me that "because I was so late" I could wait until 9:30am to be seen. I waited until 9:45am until I was finally brought back into the office. My knee has been immensely swollen for an entire week, and I am unable to bear full weight on it. Dr. Kim Clark very obviously did not review my chart prior to entering the room as "it seems to be something about your knee, right?" Although I made it very clear I have been resting, icing, and wearing my knee brace for a week, she insists Napperson should bring down the swelling and refused to prescribe an MRI . Despite my indicating I was seeing my orthopedic surgeon when I returned home as this was a re-injury, they did not give me the CD of film of my x-rays. Dr. Kim Clark did not call me with a follow up as promised upon the radiologist reviewing my films so I had to call the office, which was closed at 5:50pm, but the automated response indicated the office was open until 7pm.. I am still calling different numbers, sending faxes, etc in hopes of getting my films for my appointment with a qualified, knowledgeable physician at University of Michigan. All in all Little Traverse Primary Care is a facility full of inept employees from their doctorate staff to their receptionists. They are nothing but a headache to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone

Best Doctors office in the area hands down. Every appointment has always been less than 45 minutes from when we walk in the door.
