Ridiculous... My appt was @ 12:45...was asked to arrive early for paperwork... @ 1:45 I go to the desk to ask about the appointment... They in form me it will be another 15-20 minutes... No, I am sorry..nothing...what a joke...if I didn't need this so badly...I would have been gone already...they expect you before your appointment... But can't extend you even an apology for there tardiness...Ridiculous is a nice way of putting it!!!
