I love bringing my dogs to have their hair cut at Pet Smart! They always look so good when we get home!

Gunbarrel Rd location...Had to bring my dog in for a touch up because they didn't do the dog's feet at all. I got the top dog package-full & expensive. So, I had to come back. When I came back one of the groomers was really rough with a larger breed puppy. Pulling on chin hair to hold him, bonked his nose on the post while roughly taking him down from the table, etc. Acted like he was a football. I watched my dog be "touched up" with care, but I was standing right there, waiting. Used petsmart for years but never again. I don't know what goes on behind closed doors when I'm not standing there watching.

Although the location is trecherous, I can usually find everything I'm looking for. I just wish the aisle signs were more readable.
