HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My husband and I attempted to purchase a car from here twice after calling about the price listed online. We were told it would be honored and then were told the price would be thousands of dollars more even with our trade in after taking the time to go to the lot. Our first salesman was apologetic but unfortunately no longer works there. The second salesman, Gene, was completely rude and incompetent. DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the frustration and buy your vehicle from anywhere else.

The day after my 80ish mother-in-law comes home from purchasing a "new" (2015 even though the 2016s are out) Nissan Juke from these people and raving about what a "good salesman" Mike S. is, we (I live 3 states away) start finding out about the paperwork and what really happened to her and Dad at Mountain View Nissan. Long story short - they *could* have walked out of there having paid about $22k in cash for this vehicle. Instead, because they trusted this Mike dude, they were taken on their trade in for about 1/5 of what it was worth, they were upsold on all the warranty, maintenance, gap insurances at ridiculous rates, and they were given a 75 month loan at more than 2 times the rate they could have gotten from any bank down the street. Grand total - about $17,000 MORE than the stupid $22,000 car. They could have had two friggin' Hyundais. Do NOT give your business to Mountain View Nissan. My parents have given them enough. Take yours elsewhere.

Joe Ybara was great! Actually met while he was employed by a competitor. His love of Nissan and his devotion to Mtn. View Nissan "drove" me to wait for him to start his career here. I appreciate his approach and his hard work. He even volunteered to "hand" me over to Nick when he was busy with another client. Nick also took great care of me. David in finance was good to work with as well. He helped me get the payment I could afford and also advised me for the future to help lower my interest rate. Thank all of you for helping me.
