At Memorial, we offer patients two different programs to assist you with weight loss: A "non-surgical" Physician Supervised Weight Loss Program that teaches patients behavior and lifestyle changes that are necessary to lose weight and keep it off. A Surgical Weight Management Program consisting of the two most common and effective procedures for weight loss ? the Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass Roux-en-Y and the Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Band.
