I have been coming here for several years now. I started with laser hair removal on my underarms and have gotten most of my hair done now as well as a treatment for varicose veins. Dawn is pleasant and does thorough work. She checks on the pain level (it's not painless) as well as the results. I have since sent two other people her way for hair removal, and they have been pleased with the cost, treatment, and results as well.

Received scaring on my face from collagen pin procedure from this business. I went to the owner with the discoloration/ scaring and she tired to sell me $500 worth of product to fix the scaring. After I refused to pay the full amount she stated I only needed 2 products really which I paid half. When the product didn't work I had to visit a Dermatologist. I end up paying doctor fees totaling $378 for 4 visits and another $208 for medication. I went back to the owner with everything she gave me free underarm laser hair removal. After missing an appointment because I had the Flu she charged me $25 for missing my appointment which would not have been such a bad thing if she didn't cancel 3 appointments because her child was sick one month before.. I asked her to call me to discuss the $25 fee it took her 2 weeks which she started on the message I simply forgot to call you back...

I loved every single thing about my facial at this place. I was treated like a queen by the spa members, everybody was very nice and professional, they answered all my questions about my facial to my satisfaction , showed me to my room, I did not have to wait for a long time at all, sheets smelled great! My beautician was very professional and moved quietly, so I even fell asleep during my facial. I loved the mask and especially I like products they sell. Displays are a bit dusty though :) I love that they did not schedule anyone else and I was the only spa customer!!! One of the best I had.
