I tried to have them replace the battery on my Tag Heuer watch. Their price was about three time what I used to pay at Macy's (however, there is no Macy's in Chattanooga). After a week or so, they said there was a part that need to be replaced in addition to the battery. The cost was another $150 on top of the original $160. I had them shipped it back to me and paid the shipping and handling only. I then went to Rone Regency right across the street, and have them change the battery without pressure testing. The total cost was $10 with sales tax. No parts needed to be replaced or repaired. I went to Jared first because of their perceived reputation. I don't think I would ever want to go back again!

Their selection was awesome. I had shopped all over Chattanooga and struggled to find the perfect ring. The service was also great, I went to Jared!

I was helped by a young man, maybe in his 20's, that was not very pleasant. His name was Kenny and he made me feel uncomfortable and I don't plan on going back in there.
