ContinuCare HealthServices, a subsidiary of the Erlanger Health System, is a multifaceted organization that offers a variety of health-related services. Founded in 1984, it provides home health care and telemonitoring services. The hospital also offers one-on-one care for patients in homes, hospitals and other facilities. In addition, ContinuCare HealthServices provides infusion and respiratory therapies. It also offers 24-hour nursing and clinical pharmacy support services. ContinuCare HealthServices provides health care, data entry, billing and clerical staffing services for a range of clients. Erlanger Health System is a nonprofit center affiliated with the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. It is a trauma center that offers tertiary care services for the citizens of southeastern Tennessee, northern Georgia, Alabama and western North Carolina.
