My child has been doing therapy here for P/T and O/T. The therapists are wonderful, very encouraging, and have helped my child make great strides in her development.



The only thing I would let parents know is that they need to work closely with their insurance company to make sure what is and isn't covered. The process was a little confusing to me, and I ended up with some unexpected costs because of it. The center worked with me regarding it, but it can be stressful. They are also wonderful with billing financial situations. The billing manager makes me feel appreciated and not "just another customer."

I would have given a zero star...

I would have given a zero star rating if it were available...Horrible service! I called and explained the issues I'm having with my son and advised that I needed to get him in as soon as possible. They took my insurance information and advised they would call me back once they verified my ins coverage and set up an appt, I was advised it would be the same day or at the latest the next morning, well it is 2 days later and I have yet to receive a call back. It wouldnt have been as big of an issue if I hadnt explained that I wanted to get this started for him Asap. When it comes to psychiatric help this is defintily not the kind of help I need or want.
