I love all the help. Even the out of town help to get things going for holiday was really funny. He help me find a camera by showing me he photos and I didn't need a camera.

Relatively friendly,but hard to get help if it's the holidays,and we were told that they had computer in stock that was for sale on the shelf in the store,and they did not.We had to drive 25 minutes away to Hixson Store.Also bought LG tv and it's already acting up(9mon)

People are friendly in the store, it's true, but when calling - you might as well forget it. Lots of difficulty getting problems solved.

The Best Buy located in Chattanooga, Tn, on Gunbarrel Road is an excellent store. The moment I enter the building I'm greeted by a friendly employee. I am not on the floor long before another friendly face asks me if I need help finding anything. They make it well known that they are their to help me with all my shopping needs. Fair prices and friendly employees makes for a great store. I give it four out of five stars.
