ALSO it seems like the rate is $2 and then $2 a mile. there is some confusion over "when they start their meter" which seems to be subjective.... some start it late? not sure... but def get a price before you get delivered! 7.5 was said to be $16



I also learned that many times you are not calling a "Company" but just a person that has a cell phone and their own cab... not sure if "cab companies" with "real dispatcher" exist in Chattanooga or not?
