Great dentist and pop on front desk wish I gone long time ago

Just wanted too say my brother went & I think his dentures are really Beautiful now he has a Beautiful smile but the Receptionist was so rude too my Mother & Brother that they were very upset with her attiditude & maybe she had just had a bad day but it was disturbing too say the least"

Well I spent the last two days getting work done at affordable dentures and they were amazing to me. I saw a man give that girl at the desk a verbal beating the whole time he was there and bless her heart she there was nothing she could have done to make him happy. He also carried on so that he got other people angry about the wait time and so on. There is not enough money you could pay those girls for what they have to deal with. Thank you workers at affordable for doing what you do.

GREAT PLACE. All the people who wrote these bad reviews must be very hard people to deal with because the staff there was great to me, the receptionist and office manager had her hands full with some very mean people while she was working as fast and as hard as she could to get all of us seen. She was cursed at, yelled at and treated terrible by a man and his wife and she took it and kept on working to get us seen. I wouldn't work there for $100. an hour. My extractions where painless and cheap. Will use them for many years to come. THANK YOU AFFORDABLE DENTURES

Had a wonderful experience with the workers who had their hands full with some very rude people. Not sure how they put up with all the hateful impatient people they have to put up with. And my dentures are awesome.

responding to the person who says she had a bad day at affordable dentures im here to tell you that you must have been havin a very bad day cause 15 of my family members have been here and none including myself has ever had problems. we could have not asked for any one better to do our work. we have told family and friends that chattanooga dentures is the place. for you to close them down will never happen cause so far you havent proved anything now im sorry that your husband has had a bad experince but you need to give them and others credit. not every one in this world is bad.. but did you ever stop to think things happen for a reason!!!!!!!! god bless you and your family.

My husband had a upper plate made with this company. The plate did not fit the first day he tried to tell them they would not listen. They sent him home and told him he would get use to them.He tried wearing them for weeks but nothing we tried helped. When I called them to fix the plate they told us it would cost extra to fix them.The plate now sets in the bathroom.He has never been able to wore them.We are now having to buy a new set.The plate is so miss shaped that no other dentist will fix it.We spent hard earned money for this plate and I am shocked that a business in the medical field can get away with the things this office does.I did turn them into the BBB, with no success.I would not use them again..If you have used them and had a bad experience turn them into the BBB, so that maybe we can get this practice closed.

I had a great experience at Affordable Dentures. The front desk and office manager went out of her way to help me and my family. Their prices are unbeatable, but expect them to be very busy everyday.

THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND HATEFUL, THEY DID NOT WANT TO HEAR ANY THING I HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE DENTURES. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD WASTE THEIR TIME TO LISTEN TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE DENTURES. THEY DO IT THEIR WAY ONLY REGUARDLESS HAD THE DENTURE DOSE NOT FIT AND HOW THE TEETH LOOK . EACH TOOTH IN MY DENTURE MEASURES 1/2 INCH LONG AND 1/4 WIDE . I LOOK LIKE A PREHISTORIC MAN. I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THERE SERVICE.

I can't imagine doing business with someone as hateful as the office manager was. I and a cousin of mine was prepared to use Affordable Dentures until the office manager was very unkind. She seemed very irritated just to answer a few questions. Not someone you would want to do business with! Be sure before you go to ask a few questions if talking with the office manager and just see if you like the attitude before you spend your hard earned money there. There are several other places that treat you like they want your business.
