Vortec Security technician (Robert) came to my house to fix my existing alarm system. He was very knowledgeable about the security system that was installed over 10 years ago. I liked how upfront and reasonable the pricing was. No high pressure sales tactics as other companies I was shopping with. Very friendly, helpful and the technician went out of his way to help me understand the new system that he upgraded me with. Awesome new technology that lets me control my house from my smartphone.
