Looks like the copiers were pulled out of warehouses in Afghanistan. Dirty, old and ancient. We have to call for service almost every other day. Terrible service, technicians complain about the service manager and the copiers. they complain about the old copiers. Service manager moody and has notorious attitude towards every body. Do not rent from this company, unless you like to use junk copiers.

Useless and antiquated copiers offered to the public. Our technician, a shaved head fellow, is here every day. He blames the breakdown on the copier itself. When I asked him to ask for help from the supervisor, he chuckled and basically dissed his supervisor. Once our contract is over with and done, they can drag their antiquated copier out of our studio. Bill K.

Unfortunately they have very shady business transactions. Extremely old copiers, meter readings well over 1,000,000 copies. Do not make the mistake falling into their trap. Good luck if you already have their junk copier.
